Our Maternity Nurse Training Course is OCN London accredited level 3 and is ideal for those wishing to obtain a formal qualification towards becoming Maternity Nurses, as well as those already working with babies. The course covers all subjects relevant from the time the newborn baby arrives in the home, the support needed by the parent, the substantial importance that early encouragement, stimulation and play represent in the baby’s development, breast feeding and bottle feeding methods, care in the instances of multiple births and premature births, the establishment of sleep patterns, maintaining a hygienic environment, care of the newborn baby’s health and post pregnancy care for the mother.
